Wacky Wednesday! Two funnies for you!

I love a good laugh. And when it comes to friends, and finding a friend that has the same sense of humor you do, well - those friends come around not too often, but when they do - bring on the fun!

Now, a little history before I post the following video. It is very important to realize that not everyone has the same sense of humor. And there are those out there who can, shall we say, misinterpret your humor to the point that sharing inside jokes (wink, wink) can be dangerous.

True story. Several months ago I shared one of my families inside jokes with a friend, who ( NOW I know) has very little in the way of a sense of humor. This person took my humor so seriously that she called DCFS. The Department of CHILD and FAMILY SERVICES. I had a social worker show up at my door to inform me that I was being investigated for child neglect!!!! My children and husband were all interviewed. He even insisted in looking in the refrigerator to make sure we had food to feed our children! It was so UPSURD!!! After the initial shock wore off, my feelings settled into a cocktail (joke people) of incredulousness, amusement and distrust. Kurt and I learned to be more selective with who we shared the inside parts of our life with. And Sadly, this person who had been one of our MOST trusted friends is now an acquaintance that neither of us trust.

Sooooooooo, the video below is hilarious! To us, at least. We've been through the newborn years and I can relate to the comedians description of this scenario, Kurt was rolling he was laughing so much. Please realize that we are NOT thinking about drowning any of our children. :)

Kari Jobe

Kari Jobe is one of my new favorites in the world of Christian Music. Not only is she stunning to just LOOK at, but she is talented beyond words. Have a listen to one of her newer releases. More to come later!

What is this new social media app? I've signed up and am using it and at this point it seems pretty cool. Like a combination of "Like"ing something on Facebook, "bookmarking" a page on your computer, or "blogging" with out words.

Comments are crucial for this post! Enlighten me, share your thoughts, Pinterest experience and any tips, tricks and/or faults that you've found.

Oh, and while you're at it, you might as well "follow" me, both through Blogger AND Pinterest. Mwah!
